Located in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant dive destinations, we offer thrilling fun dives that will leave you in awe. The Gili Islands are renowned for their crystal-clear waters, abundant marine life, and spectacular coral reefs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced diver, the underwater world in the Gili Matra Marine Park promises an exhilarating experience.

With warm waters year-round and visibility often exceeding 30 meters and boat trips no more than 10 minutes, it’s a diver’s paradise.
All of our dives are guided underwater exploration tours, allowing you to experience the best dive sites with the expertise of a skilled divemaster or instructor. Due to the currents in the area, most of the Gili Islands’ dive sites are best explored through drift diving from a boat, ensuring you make the most of each unique location.

Schedule
Our dive boats depart three times a day, offering you plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning underwater world of the Gili Islands. Our departure times are slightly different from those of most other operators on the islands.
The reason for this is simple: we’re not trying to get you out of bed early, but rather to ensure we enjoy the dive sites with fewer crowds. Our departure times are at 08:30, 11:00, and 14:30. Some dive sites can get busy, and we aim to beat the crowds to provide a more serene experience.
Additionally, we offer Night Dives several times a week and arrange trips to Lombok and macro dive sites for experienced divers and underwater photographers.

- Discounts are available for dive packages, group bookings, being a dive pro or bringing your own equipment
- Additional fee: All divers are required to pay a one time Marine Park fee of 100.000 IDR. This can be paid in cash at the dive shop upon your arrival.
- Fun Diving is for certified divers only. If you would like to get a diving certification, check our list of PADI courses
- If you have less than 30 dives and have not dived in more than a year refresher training is mandatory.

Gili Islands Diving Highlights
Shark Point
Shark Point is a must-visit dive site, renowned for its iconic Glen Nusa wreck and its abundance of marine life. Here, you’ll encounter whitetip and blacktip reef sharks, although the site is remarkable even without the sharks. The area is characterized by stunning ridges lined with vibrant hard and soft corals, teeming with blue line snappers.
The main reef is home to fascinating creatures like octopuses, the vibrant clown triggerfish, and the elusive leafy scorpionfish. Supersized turtles can often be found grazing in the shallows, adding to the appeal for divers of all experience levels.
Turtle City
Turtle City, also known as Turtle Heaven or Turtle Point, is a diver’s paradise. Located to the northwest of Gili Meno, this site is a haven for turtles. The large pinnacle is swarming with these gentle creatures, making it a top destination for divers of all levels.
In addition to turtles, the area around the pinnacle is populated by schools of small fish, including clownfish, damsels, and sergeant majors. With its beautiful coral valleys and vibrant fish life, Turtle City is the perfect spot for those looking to enjoy a turtle-centric dive experience.
Meno Wall, Slope, and Bounty
Meno Wall is our local house reef and an incredible dive site, accessible to divers of all experience levels. This vertical wall, ranging from 5 to 30 meters, is a haven for marine life, making it a must-see for macro enthusiasts.
If you’re a turtle lover, Meno Slope might be your dream dive site, with numerous turtles often spotted here. It’s also home to the famous Gili Meno Statues, 48 human-like figures created by Jason DeCaires Taylor. These statues, arranged in a circle to symbolize the circle of life, sit at 5 meters depth. They offer a beautiful connection between the human and marine worlds.
Meno Slope is a great starting or finishing point for dives to the Bounty, a sunken jetty draped in both hard and soft corals. The Bounty Wreck is one of the most popular dive sites around the Gili Islands.
Deep Turbo
Deep Turbo is an exceptional dive site for advanced divers seeking both depth and beauty. Known for its stunning coral formations and sea fans, the topography of this site is truly remarkable, featuring seamounts covered in healthy corals and set against a white sandy bottom. Overhangs and small caves provide shelter for many marine creatures.
This site is particularly famous for its gorgonians, which house the rare pygmy seahorse. Due to the depth and often strong currents, Deep Turbo is best suited for experienced divers. Nitrox recommended.
