Diving with Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) allows you to stay longer at intermediate depths by increasing your no-decompression limit. It also reduces your surface interval so you can get back underwater quicker. In addition, it increases your margin for safety by reducing nitrogen absorption which minimises the risk of decompression sickness.
The normal air we breathe is made up of Nitrogen (79%) and oxygen (21%). Our PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course will provide a lifetime and internationally recognised certification to dive with gas mixtures of up to 40% Oxygen. This meand you can dive deeper, longer and safer all over the world.
Upon completion, you will earn the EANx Nitrox Specialty certification.
Becoming EANx certified with Divine Divers on Gili Meno is quick, easy and simple. After completing independent e-learning, your instructor will review the most important aspects of diving on Nitrox. You will make a practical application of your knowledge, as you analyse a tank, complete an EANx fill log, and set your dive computer to dive for a Nitrox dive.
The one day Nitrox specialty course with us includes 2 training dives. You can simply choose any two dives from our schedule you would like to complete on nitrox!
However, you can also do the Nitrox specialty as a dry course. Please contact us if this is your preferred option.
When completing the Nitrox Specialty + 2 Dives, the use of nitrox is included with the package. After completing the course, diving with nitrox at Divine Divers in Gili Meno costs only 150,000 IDR per tank; Filling a tank with enriched air requires specialist equipment and more maintenance, this small surcharge is to cover these costs.
Our diving courses on Gili Meno are all-inclusive and you will encounter no hidden costs during your diving journey.
Please note, the Gili Islands are located in a Marine Park. Therefore all divers are required to pay a one time Marine Park fee of 100.000 IDR. This fee is NOT included in our prices. We collect it in cash at our dive center on Gili Meno.

Our cancellation policy is flexible and we are trying our best to meet your holiday schedule and potential interruptions of it. If you book a course in advance but you are then unable to do it for prooven medical reasons, we will reimburse you of course minus admin and transaction costs.

The Enriched Air Nitrox diving specialty is a prerequisite for many Technical Scuba Diving training programmes, for those that want to dive beyond the recreational scuba diving limits in the future.
